I picked the worst place to get my first information. The airport, a venue I can't even get back in unless I have a ticket. Any who, I had a week that caused me to travel and was behind on my studies, so as I grabbed a cup of joe at 5:30am in the Nashville airport on September 30th, I asked the lady behind the counter if I could ask her a few questions. I also explained I was doing a study on Starbucks and I wasn't a crazy person wanting to know this many details this early. Not in the mood to talk, I got up enough courage to ask her why she worked at Starbucks? Sh simply stated she needed a job and the airport was close to her. Realizing this wasn't what I was looking for I switched gears and asked what she enjoyed most at her job. She said the people, crazy orders, and conversations. I also asked if she ever has the same customers being in the airport and she said at times. I guess the business men/women that live here and might travel for work on a routine basis.
So while I can't use this one for my paper because it doesn't have enough dense material, I can learn from it and be more selective in my question asking. Unfortunately it was getting busier and busier even at 5:30am.
